Kupua Mentorship Program - Application Form
Please fill out all the required fields and send it in. We will process your application in the order that they arrive. We are so glad you reached out for more training and adventure on Kauai. We are here to answer all the questions you have once we have received your application.

We are offering the program within two time frames: 
The first is a two week training adventure. The second is a three week program with a few more options. 
We can discuss which would be the best program for you after we've studied your application. 

The accommodation is primarily a six night Camping Retreat Experience at Anini Beach Park on the north-shore of Kauai. Anini Beach closes every Wednesday at 10 am, for cleaning. So, we always set up camp on Thursday mornings. We will offer you a few options on where you can stay on Wednesday night. However if you prefer other accomadations you will need to arrange that yourself.

Your answers here are the first steps toward booking a video chat with Wayne. The zoom call will be about 45-90 mins to determine if you will be a good fit with the others who are joining this training/adventure. We will acknowledge and respect the training you've take thus far, and build upon what you bring as a foundation.

Look over the Training Menu, to see the listing of modalities you can choose from, to learn. We are here to design a very specific agenda for you to improve your level of skill and/or get you started into a new linage or modality of healing. Of course, we will match you with one or two other students wanting similar things.

Make no mistake---this Training Adventure is designed to offer you an experience of deep connection to the 'aina of Kauai. Kauai holds the original blueprint teachings of Abraham Kawai'i and Uncle Harry Jim. Kauai is where the first trainings on Kahuna bodywork were taught. The land or 'aina, hold the lineage in it's mountains, rivers, beaches and valleys.

A significant part of your leaning experience on Kauai is her majestic beauty and feminine grace. When you allow yourself to be seduced by the depth of Kauai's soul, you will carry her Home, within you. 

These Mentorship Training/Adventures tend to fill up pretty quickly because there's only three applicants being selected for each program. If your heart is calling you to Kauai, don't hesitate to apply. Once we receive your application and have time to review it, you will get an email for arranging your video appointment.
