Please fill out the following form to register for the OpenSciEd Professional Development Workshop. The workshop will take place at the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry on July 8-11 8am-4pm. The cost is $1500 per participant which includes lunch and parking. You can pay for the workshop by Purchase Order or credit card. If you are using a credit card, please have that information ready to submit after following the instructions at the end of this form.

Registration will close at 5pm on June 24th.
