2026 Spring Grove Halloween Parade and Christmas Tree Lighting Sponsorship Form 

As the two main events held in Spring Grove Borough, we will again be joining forces to raise sponsorship funds for BOTH the Halloween Parade and Christmas Tree Lighting! Thank you in advance for your interest and support in keeping these events alive for our community! Extra funds raised will be used for future community events!
