Terms of Service
1. I have the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason!
2. I will do my absolute best to get your commission done within a month or two. If I need more time, I will update everybody via my Telegram channel, Twitter, FB, and FA. Feel free to update yourself, within reason, by contacting me via Telegram, Facebook, FA, or email. My Trello (
https://trello.com/b/MYQSE8th/queue ) will always be up to date on my progress on commissions with WIPs, you can stay updated through that as well.
3. I have the rights to the art, which by accepting TOS you also are agreeing to me using it for advertising purposes and potential portfolio pieces.
4. At any time, I will and always will refuse any NSFWs art of any kind especially those of minors in sexual situations.
5. Sketches and Icons are COMPLETELY NONREFUNDABLE and MUST be paid in FULL upon acceptance of the commission!
6. Your finished commission will have my watermarks left in a clean matter, I will never give out an unwatermarked version unless given a good reason. The only unwatermarked version will be for small versions of icons. You can use that icon at your own risk. You as the commissioner do not have permission to alter the watermark or image in any way. You do have permission, however, to post the picture on other sites or on your own profile as long as I am credited for the work.
7. I ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL! Please no e-checks! All payments are made through invoice, so you do have a way to use an alternate payment with credit card if you prefer.
8. If you have a deadline I ABSOLUTELY must meet, please let me know in the 'info' section of the form you send! You will have to pay a fee,depending what type of commission it is, to get yourself in front of everyone in queue so you can get your commission faster in time for your deadline.
9. Payments MUST be made within 48 hrs of acceptance. Invoices not paid by 48 hrs without notice will be forfeited from the queue. You can try for a commission the next time they are available.
10. I accept payments half now, half later basis of items over $80+. Half payment must be first made before any work is done to hold your spot in queue. Once sketch is made, I will not continue until the last half of payment is complete. First half of payment is nonrefundable once a sketch is created for the commission. Last half of payment will be rendered nonrefundable as well once the full commission is complete.
11. You are not allowed to ALTER, TRACE, HEAVILY REFERENCE or EDIT my art in ANY way. Examples include altering or destroying my watermarks or recolouring the image. If edits absolutely need to be made, please feel free to contact me, there will be an editing fee depending on how drastic of an edit I need to make. This fee can, for example, be $5 for a simple edit of markings and recolour and can be anywhere between $25 or $50 for more drastic changes. Any edits that are as drastic as a complete repose or complete character change, will not be done.
12. You do not have the right to sell my artwork for your own monetary benefit. This means you cannot sell for prints, portfolios, or paysites.

Additional edits to a commission will be discussed, but fees will apply the more edits I have to make ranging from $5 to $50+ dependent on severity of edits.
