We are offering a training to learn the UVW organising model and become a part of a cadre of organisers who will find leads, build organising campaigns and help workers take winning action.
You will learn the ins and outs of;
- Finding organizing opportunities
- Mapping a workplace
- Leadership Identification
- Structure Tests
- Escalation of Tactics
- Strike Preparation
The training is immersive and long-term; therefore, a weekly volunteer commitment is required from all participants. This way, once the training is over, we can get our feet wet putting these new skills into practice in a real-life organising campaign.
If you want to learn the fundamentals of union organising, and want to become a union organiser yourself, this is the training for you!
It will take place IN-PERSON at the UVW offices in London on:
Saturday, August 3 from 12-3pm (lunch provided)
