Required Skills
.
•  2- 10  Years of industry experience in designing, developing and maintaining complex applications using Java/J2EE  
            technologies.
  Ability to lead a module/team independently and being responsible for technical delivery.
  Thorough knowledge of Agile ecosystem and exposure to working in Scrum teams.
  Exposure to Design, Estimation/Solutioning, Development of e-commerce, Portal, Content Management and custom
         application development using various proprietary/open source frameworks.
  Working experience in design, development of web applications using on Java, Spring, Hibernate, XML, HTML, Javascript
          / any Javascript framework (like Ajax, jQuery etc.)
  Working experience in Web services and  SQL/PLSQL, Eclipse, Junit, Maven/Ant, Hudson/Cruise Control.
  Working experience in one of application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, JBOSS etc.
  Experience in working in a multi-vendor ecosystem and geographically distributed teams in offshore/offsite/onsite model.
  Exposure in customer facing roles and industry certifications will be an added advantage.
