Custom Rug Form 
Now it’s time to personalize your Moroccan rug! Please answer the following questions carefully. Once you have filled out the form we will email you back with rug and shipping rates as well as a timeline for production. If you wish to go through with the purchase, we require a 50% down payment so the weaver can buy the materials they need to get your rug started. Once production has started we will send weekly emails so you can watch the rug making process in real time!

Refund Rules: If the rug gets lost or significantly damaged during shipping we will refund your full price. If the rug has minor flaws that you are not happy with, we will reduce the original price. Just a friendly reminder that there will always be little variations in the rugs that make these hand-made Moroccan rugs works of art!

Shipping Option: 

DHL Option - More expensive, but quicker shipping, about a week to arrive at location. The cost of shipping for a 6 pound rug is around $420 USD

Moroccan Post - Shipping is cheaper however packages can take longer to arrive, between 2 to 4 weeks. The cost of shipping for a 6 pound rug is around $45 USD.
