This form is intended for cancelling projects that cannot continue due to the following situations:

The client did not provide the materials to start the work
The client hired the project and never returned to explain the needs of the project
The client only released part of the payment for a phase of the project (which was delivered) and never returned to continue the rest of the project.

If the client released part of the payment for the project, make sure that you have made the delivery through the project courier so that the client has access to that delivery that has already been paid for.

In cases where you requested a payment and did not deliver it and requested cancellation of the project through this form, your account may be penalized.
