2019 Junior Board Application
The Joseph Maley Foundation serves children of all abilities through programs that engender compassion and respect for the diversity of life. The Junior Board supports this mission through leadership opportunities for high school students who value unconditional acceptance and service. Junior Board members participate in leadership programs, direct service to children through the Joseph Maley Foundation and other non-profit organizations, and fundraising.

Junior Board Application Checklist:

______ (Brand new members only) Reference from teacher, coach, or extracurricular activity director

______ (All members) $25 Annual Membership Fee, payment options*:

*If financial assistance is needed, please contact Vivian Maley at vmaley@josephmaley.org or 317-432-6657. There will be a $15 fee for any returned/refused checks*

Expectations of Junior Board Members include, but are not limited to:
• Attend and participate in Junior Board meetings
• Engage in service projects and committee activities
- Attend and participate in the Annual Retreat: Januray 20th 2019
• Communicate in a timely manner with the Joseph Maley Foundation community

Junior Board Committees 2019:
• Fundraising - Develop ways to fund our programs
• Service - Plan, organize and participate in new service projects
- 5K Committee - Fundraising, planning, and participating leading up to and the day of the 5K (July 2019)
