If you need to come to campus to retrieve some of your belongings, please use this form to sign up for a time on Thursday or Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. If you are unable to come for one of those times, please email police@loyno.edu to make other arrangements.

When you arrive on campus:
For item retrieval on Main Campus (Biever, Buddig, Carrollton):
- Please park in the Freret St. Garage
- Call (504) 270-8514 when you arrive at the lobby of the student's assigned residence hall
- If you need to be granted access to the room by a staff member (ie do not have your room key) you will need to show proof of identity, such as a driver's license or a Loyola ID
- You once you arrive, we ask that you limit your stay to 30 minutes, and remove any trash or food from the space
- You must wear a mask over your mouth and nose when in common areas such as lobbies, elevators, and building wings.

For item retrieval on the Broadway Campus (Cabra, Founders):
- Please park in the Greenville Hall lot
- Call (504) 270-8984 when you arrive
- If you need to be granted access to the room by a staff member (ie do not have your room key) you will need to show proof of identity, such as a driver's license or a Loyola ID
- You once you arrive, we ask that you limit your stay to 30 minutes, and remove any trash or food from the space
- You must wear a mask over your mouth and nose when in indoor common areas such as lobbies, elevators, and building wings.
