2025 Parade of Homes Contract

Parade Dates: September 12th -14th, 2025
Times: Friday and Saturday - 1-7 pm, Sunday 1-5 pm

Sneak Peek: September 11th at 6:00pm - Morey's Steakhouse - This is not a public event 

The Parade will be a ticketed event.  Tickets are $10.00 per person.  They will be on lanyards branded to our major sponsors.  Tickets will be sold both digitally and in person at select locations.

There will be no Second House discount, all parade homes will pay the same fee. MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION AND PAY THE $450 MEMBERSHIP FEE. Builders are limited to three entries unless otherwise approved by the Parade Committee.

We will have the traditional magazine, judging, and awards.
Contract will be due July 1st with full payment. 

Mini-Cassia October Parade Fees: $2,000 paid by July 1st, 2025.
50% reimbursement by August 1st, absolutely no refunds afterwards.
