1. Submission for Consideration Only

Your submission is being provided voluntarily and solely for the purpose of being considered for inclusion in future projects, including but not limited to a collaborative music album, digital campaigns, live performances, and promotional events.

2. No Obligation

Submission of your music does not create any obligation on the part of MoJo Music to use, publish, distribute, or engage further with your work. We reserve the right to accept or reject any submission at our sole discretion.

3. Ownership of Initial Submission

At the time of submission, you retain full ownership of your work. However, if selected for inclusion in any official MoJo Music project, you will be required to sign a separate Contributor Agreement, under which MoJo Music shall acquire full rights to the selected work, including but not limited to:

Master and publishing rights
Synchronization rights
Royalty rights and revenue collection
Derivative and promotional usage

You will not be compensated for the submission unless your work is selected and a contract is signed.

4. Promotional Requirement

As part of this campaign, you agree to publicly post your submitted track(s) on at least one major platform (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) using the designated campaign hashtag [#MoJoDropChallenge] and tagging MoJo Music’s official account. This is required to qualify for consideration.

5. Warranties & Representations

By submitting, you represent and warrant that:

You are the sole owner or authorized representative of the submitted work.
The work is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
There are no pending claims, liens, or disputes involving the submission.

6. No Confidential or Exclusive Relationship

You acknowledge and agree that no confidential, fiduciary, or exclusive relationship is created by your submission. MoJo Music may receive, create, or independently develop musical content, artwork, or concepts that are similar in theme, sound, or subject matter to your submission.

We are under no obligation to you with respect to the use of content that:

Is independently created by MoJo Music or its affiliates,
Is inspired by or related to publicly available musical themes or cultural movements,
May resemble your submission but was not directly derived from it.

You hereby waive any claim against MoJo Music for similarities to your submission, unless your specific work is selected and formally licensed via the Contributor Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

MoJo Music shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your submission or participation in this campaign.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising shall be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Petersburg, Virginia.

9. Ownership of Campaign Concepts & IP

You acknowledge that the campaign concept, promotional structure, album theme(s), event design, and associated brand materials are the sole intellectual property of MoJo Music operated by Cool Beanz Cafe`. This includes but is not limited to:

The campaign title and related hashtags
Album and event names
Cover art, slogans, visuals, or thematic frameworks
Any derivative works or reinterpretations inspired by the campaign

Even if your work addresses similar topics or aesthetics, you may not claim authorship, ownership, or creative contribution to any MoJo Music project unless explicitly invited and contracted as a Contributor.
