Snatch Series at CrossFit East River
Thank you for your interest in the Snatch Series with Joe Barbell Club! The Snatch Series will take place on separate dates:
Snatch series 1 - Saturday, September 22nd from 2pm-4pm
Snatch series 2 - Saturday, October 20th from 2pm-4pm
Snatch series 3 - Saturday, November 17th from 2pm-4pm
It is HIGHLY recommended that you attend ALL THREE Snatch Series' in order to get the most out of it. If you only sign up for the Snatch Series 3, you will NOT have had the appropriate movement screens and technique practice and your success may be limited. If you only sign-up for the final session, do not be surprised if we do not allow you to lift from the floor or lift heavy!
Members: $60/session or $150 for all 3
Non-members: $80/session or $170 for all 3
Each session will be capped at 12 people - sign up now!
