Eligibility: There is no cost for this program, but early childhood school programs must be located in one of SWANCC’s member communities to qualify (see below).
This creative, quick-paced, interactive, educational, entertaining and fun presentation works best in a small group setting in a room away from other classrooms. Presentation capacity should be kept to 20 children and include teachers. For schools that have a larger number of students, back-to-back presentations can be arranged, but generally no more than 3 back-to-back and all presentations must be provided in one room. Thank you for your understanding.
Please agree to the following criteria before scheduling a presentation:1 - Make sure that your program is for school-aged children (ages 4-8) located in a SWANCC-member community;2 - Designate one separate room for all presentations;3 - Teachers must be in the room during all presentations;4 - 20 children per presentation;5 - 5-10 min. between each program for set up/dismissal;6 - 4-5 program requests per day with no more than 3 back-to-back.
Complete the presentation request below, listing time and date preferences for EACH presentation you are requesting with a 2nd choice. Be specific to ensure efficiency for both parties. Thank you!
