1. To provide technical information related to House Bill 1079 and the Washington State Educational Access Coalition.
2. To inform participants of the needs, concerns, and issues facing undocumented students in higher education.
3. To provide information on how to create a welcoming and supportive climate at your institution.

It is the policy of the HB1079 Advocate Training Program to provide the HB1079 Postcard only to faculty and staff individuals who successfully complete the training. The decision of the trainers about the awarding of the postcard is final.
