All requests for absences from scheduled classes must be submitted through the online request form only. Absence requests sent by text message or communicated verbally will not be accepted. Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. The online form is date-stamped and will serve as the official record of the request. Failure to submit the request form within the required timeframe will result in an automatic $100 charge applied to your rent or coaching payment for each occurrence/day.
