BHS Fall Activities Questionnaire - incoming 9th graders
High school fall activities begin before school starts. The activities office will use this form as a way to gather data to share with our fall coaches so they can get in contact with you in regards to the fall activities.
***IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS***
Physicals (taken within the last three years) are required by the Minnesota State High School League for participation in inter-scholastic athletics. A physical form must be on file with the high school prior to the student's participation.
Athletic and Fine Arts participation fees are determined by the School Board.
The participation fees for 2025-26(The School Board could make changes)
Cross Country Running - $250.00
Football - $290.00
Soccer- $240.00
Swimming - $280.00
Tennis - $240.00
Volleyball - $270.00
Marching Band - $240.00
Debate - $100.00
Cheerleading - $240.00
Dance Team - $220.00
Adapted Soccer - $100.00
Students on the Child Nutrition Program:
Free Lunch: the participation fee is waived
Reduced Lunch: the participation fee will be 50% off
Participation Fee Max (high school only):
Family Max: $850 per school year
Individual Max: $650.00 per school year
Cheerleading and Dance Team will hold tryouts in the spring of 2025 for the 2025-26 school year. Additional information regarding tryouts will be given to the middle schools this spring.
