MVSCH Educator Lending Library Request Form
The Lending Library availability will be limited through September and will have longer turnaround times
Please fill out all relevant fields below. We will do our best to schedule the item to be available for the dates requested. Items are currently distributed as a first-come, first-served basis, though classroom use will have priority over home school use.

Items are sent via courier to your local library branch twice a week, usually on Tuesday and Friday. You will receive a confirmation email when your item arrives at the pickup library and when it is received back.

The checkout period is 3 weeks from when you pick the item up. Longer windows of time can be requested on a case by case basis.
