USA Kronos Impact Bargaining SBR Sign Up
**Any union member at UMass Amherst can be an SBR for USA!!**
Fill out this form if you are available to attend the USA bargaining meeting with management on Tuesday, June 2 on Zoom. There will be 3 parts to the session:
  1. The SBR preparation meeting is at 12-1pm. Meet with the seated bargaining team and discuss strategy. There will be a highly encouraged orientation from 12:50-1pm.
  2. Management will join us from 1-2pm. 
  3. There will be an optional but recommended debrief from 2-3pm to discuss the session and plan next steps.
We will add you to a Silent Bargaining Representative channel on Tuesday at 10am, where we will share meeting information.

Unlike in the 2024-2027 bargaining cycle, we are not required to deliver a list of SBRs to management. We only ask your name and email so we can track attendance internally.  Please remember that you must make arrangements with your supervisor, use part of your lunch break, and/or use paid time off to attend.
