A. General Information
1. CFS may have to make adjustments to the activity such as postponement of event or
change of venue due to unforeseen circumstances.CFS reserves the right to close
registration prior to the closing date in the event there is an overwhelming response.
Confirmation will be sent by email to you.
2. I agree that I will not hold CFS, their appointed staff or officials responsible in any way
for any mishaps, loss or damage to my personal property howsoever arising out of or in
connection with the above event.
B. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Period: Learner can cancel their enrollment and request for a refund if
cancellation is made three (3) working days before the course start date. Written notice
on cancellation must be made via email.
2. Conditions for Refunds: CFS will consider refund of course fees if a learner is able to
provide a valid reason for not turning up on the course start date. Such request to be
made in writing within three (3) working days from the course start date. Such refund
shall be at the discretion of the of CFS. Learner will be informed in writing if their request
is successful.
3. Refund Processing Time: Refund will be processed and returned to the learner within
thirty (30) days after the course end date. Refund will be processed through bank
transfer.
4. No Partial Refund: If a learner withdraw from the course before completing, no refund
will be allowed.
5. Exceptions: Exceptions to this refund policy may be granted in cases of medical
emergencies or documented unforeseen personal circumstances. Requests for
exceptions must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Course cancellation or rescheduling: CFS may cancel a course if the minimum required
number of learner is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, CFS
will either reschedule the course or offer a full refund. A notice will be sent to learner
informing the cancellation or rescheduling.

without prior notice. Learners are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any
