Weld and Arrow Party Request Form
There are two types of parties at weld and arrow—one is a private party that requires a minimum of 10 purchasing attendees. In this package, there are no rental fees and the group gets 15% off. The second type of party is a rental of our services. There is NO minimum purchasing attendee for this but, it costs $150 per hour to rent our services which does not include the cost of jewelry bought.

For a private party, I understand that I will need to pay a refundable deposit of $100 for a private party rental to hold the date. If I do not meet the requirements of having ten purchasing attendees or cancel day of, the deposit will be forfeited for our time/resources. For a rental of services, I understand that I will be charged the $150 initial hour to hold the date which is not refundable. *
