The organizer and owner of the event is Athene Consulting Co., Ltd.
The organizer reserves the right to turn down registrations as the AgriSchools are limited to 50 participants per course. In the event that the specific event is fully booked, you will be given the first right of refusal for the next available dates for the same event
Once your registration is confirmed, payment is due in full at that time. Payment must not be received later than 5 (five) days prior to the published AgriSchool’s start date to receive admission to the event.
Cancellations must be received in writing 30 (thirty) days prior to the published event start date in order to receive a refund, minus a Baht 6,000 (USD175) administrative charge. If later than 30 (thirty) days prior to the published event date, refunds are not available under any circumstances
Substitutions of personnel may be made at any time, but at least 3 days prior to the event, by contacting our office at Tel. +66 (0) 2 654 1148 or agrischools@progressus.asia
Programme change policy: The Athene Consulting Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the event, its programmes and speakers if deemed necessary, with or without prior notice to registrants.
In the event that Athene Consulting Co., Ltd. cancels the event, delegates will receive a full AgriSchools Fee refund less any banking charges that may have been incurred on your behalf. Alternatively, the sum can be credited towards another Athene Consulting Co., Ltd. AgriSchool for up to one year from the date of the original event. Athene Consulting Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of the event. Athene Consulting Co., Ltd. assumes no liability whatsoever if this event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event that in the opinion of the organizers renders this event impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, disease outbreak (human or livestock), extreme weather or other emergencies.
The organizer and its affiliates may use the personal data above for the purposes of sending marketing communication, and information of commercial and advertising nature.
Payment of Injury Expense: I understand that the AgriSchool event does not maintain accident medical insurance for any injuries resulting from this event, including any injuries sustained while en-route to or from this event. It is my responsibility to provide medical insurance or other financial means of paying for any and all activity-related injuries.
I know, understand, and appreciate the risks that are inherent in participation in this type of events, namely AgriSchools event, and hereby consent that my participation is voluntary, and I hereby release Athene Consulting Co., Ltd. and its directors and employees from any liability suffered during or after my participation in this AgriSchools event.
