SAPO Custom Order Form
Thank you for your interest in a custom SAPO order!!! Here is some important information you need to know before filling out the form.
  1. You will first give me a budget. - Separates starting at $300, dresses starting at $500, gowns from $900
  2. After filling out the form I will send you 2-3 sketches within your price range. (Please allow 7 days for design ideation)
  3. You select your sketch and I suggest fabric options. 
  4. 50% deposit is made
  5. Fitting 1 (minimum of 2 weeks prior to the final pick up)
  6. Fitting 2 (minimum of 1 week prior to the final pick up)
  7. Remaining 50% is due
