You have been contacted because we think you would make an excellent stakeholder for PROPHET and invite you to participate and become a member of our PROPHET Stakeholder Forum. This PROPHET forum is the structure through which PROPHET engages with external stakeholders and collects their input on the project outcomes. 

Before you officially become part of PROPHET forum, we would like to make sure that you have read the Term of Reference document which provides a statement of the objectives, process and conditions of personal data management of the PROPHET forum. Most notably, we would like to highlight the fact that we will collect your names, email address and affiliation which will be shared with all PROPHET project partners, as well as the PROPHET stakeholder Forum members. This will contribute to the aim of having a long-lasting, beyond the project’s lifetime, pool of experts for having an European dialogue in personalised prevention.
