Utah COPA Registration Form
COPA needs us to fill out this general form, then submit to take us to a widget to create an account on their Studio Director site so we show up in their system. All my students please fill out a form per student, and create an account with the link on the bottom.  It asks for a CC, but won't charge you for registration or September tuition already paid. COPA does ask to jump on auto pay as it makes life easier. Either way, create an account.  Call if you have questions!
