Under the terms of this agreement, the undersigned parties agree to the following conditions in regard to the breeding of the Golden Retrievers identified below:

STUD DOG OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. This service will be provided by the above named stud dog to the below named female during her next heat season or as agreed upon by the stud owner and female owner.
2. We offer Vaginal or TCI side-by-side @ Village Center Vet Clinic in Colorado Springs, Co, or fresh chilled shipped. This service will be provided as soon as the female is within her "fertile window" as determined by your reproductive vet.
3. 3 live viable puppies 48 hours after whelping constitutes a litter. If no live puppies or if conception does not occur, the female owner is entitled to a refund of all initial stud fees paid, except for a $500 non-refundable fee if the female owner chooses NOT to repeat the breeding to the above mentioned stud dog.
4. Stud fee for this breeding is $ 1,500.00 or first choice of a pup (stud owners choice) with a $750 fee paid prior to the breeding taking place unless a pup is agreed upon. The remainder will be due before signing the AKC registration paperwork.
5. The owner of the stud dog will contact the female owner in the event the stud dog should be deemed unsuitable or unable to breed.
