UK Ultimate Ltd - Schools Affiliation Scheme Registration Form
UK Ultimate Schools Affiliation is a free to join scheme for schools to affiliate with the National Governing Body.

Thanks to our the support from our partner Discraft, we are able to offer 5 free discs to all schools which affiliate and make a purchase of 5 or more discs.

Please complete the below information to add your school to our database. This information will be used to:
- help staff teaching Ultimate to stay up to date via our school newsletter.
- direct teachers towards resources and training courses to develop their knowledge and experience.
- build a map of the School-level Ultimate being played around the country.
- support UK Ultimate in building links between schools and their local clubs.
- connect schools to others locally who are interested in local competition.
- provide schools with a way to use their own liability insurance when attending competitions.
