    2014 Vendor/Exhibitor Application -- Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Vendor/Exhibitor Registration Fee Includes: • One 6 ft. x 2 ½ ft. covered table • Full conference registration for two individuals • Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks for each individual each day • Booth electricity is available (must request prior to conference) • Vendor/Exhibitor fee is $650.00 per table *NOTE: Vendor/Exhibitor tables must be attended by at least one person at all times until at least 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 8/26/14.
