This order form is intended to simplify the process of ordering athlete gear for the 2014 season.  Please fill in ALL information for the gear you wish to order.  Be sure to enter the QUANTITY and SIZES for each item.  The money must be paid to the SHHS Finance office.

Duffel Bags will be $20.00.  They are Columbia blue and grey and approximately 13"h x 27"w x 14"d.
Water Bottle *
Water Bottles are $8.00. They are 28 oz. Aluminum bottles with a team logo screenprinted on it.
*****Girls Only****Volleyball-style Uniform Shorts
$20.00.  These are optional, but some girls prefer to wear these under (or instead of) their traditional uniform shorts--ESPECIALLY during Track season.  **Any spandex worn in place of uniform shorts MUST be Navy Blue).
