This form will be used to determine your eligibility for adopting a feline from us.  Your application will be reviewed and we will get back to you via your preferred method of contact within 7 business days.

Submission does not equate to approval, we want our cats to be placed in well-rounded, qualified homes and to determine if you fit our criteria, we use this application coupled with a home-study where we will visit your home at your convenience or ask for photos of where you plan to keep the cat you want to adopt.  We will get back to you with our final answer within 7 business days after a home study is conducted.

If you are approved we will then collect your adoption fee which covers spaying/neutering, microchipping and vaccinations as applicable.
