Thanks for your interest in entering the 2025 Louie Bluie Quilt Show! Before you complete this form, here are some things to keep in mind:
DATE OF FESTIVAL - Saturday, September 20, 2025
REGISTRATION FORM DEADLINE:
- You must submit a completed registration form before 4:00 P.M. Eastern on Tuesday, September 16. You may submit the online form by continuing with the instructions and form fields appearing below OR you may submit a print version of this form and email address to our email below.
QUILT SUBMISSION AND FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE:
- Quilted entries are due at the Cedar Hill Baptist Church, 636 Demory Road, LaFollette no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, September 16.
- At the time you submit your quilt, you must also pay the applicable entry fee (cash or check). The fee is $20 for the first entry, $20 for the second entry, $15 for the third entry, $15 for the fourth entry and $15 for the fifth entry. All entry fees help cover the pavilion rental fee for the show. Any additional contributions or sponsorships are greatly appreciated. Make checks payable to Campbell Culture Coalition.
You may enter up to five quilts, but must submit a separate registration form for each quilt.
