DCSC Communities of Practice Participant Sign-Up Form for 26-27 School Year
DCSC members are developing the tools, best practices, and habits to truly bring equity and inclusion to diverse student populations. Communities of Practice (CoP), a peer-to-peer learning model, will provide a platform for members to collaborate and learn from each other. DCSC will recruit expert facilitators to leverage the skills and expertise of members to learn from each other in spaces of collaboration and professional development. 

Please complete this form to sign up for DCSC's Community of Practice (CoP) initiative.  CoP participants must be staff at DCSC member schools or network offices.
