Michelle has limited items at conferences and signings. To ensure that you get the book that you want please complete the pre-order form. After submitting your pre-order, a Paypal invoice will be sent to your email. This invoice must be paid no later than one week prior to the event or your preorder will not be brought to the event. If you are unable to attend the event after pre-ordering, shipping can be arranged instead. Shirts 4XL & 5XL are available special order, just put the size in the "Other" box listed on shirt posting.
