PUBLIC LIBRARY DIVISION – Scholarship Application Stipend to Attend the Upcoming TLA Annual Conference
Your completed Scholarship Application and a Letter of Recommendation must be postmarked by the published deadline. Applications submitted with incomplete, inaccurate information or without the required letter of recommendation will be eliminated from the review process by the Scholarship Committee.

To qualify for the PLD Scholarship / Conference Stipend of $800, you must be currently employed in a Texas Public Library. Although there are no educational prerequisites or restrictions, you must be committed to future participation in TLA & PLD.
