PURCHASING ADULT ARTWORK:

BY BUYING ADULT WORK FROM ME, YOU ARE VERIFYING THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE! IF IT COMES TO MY ATTENTION THAT YOU ARE A MINOR AND HAVE BOUGHT WORK FROM ME I WILL BLACKLIST YOU, REPORT YOUR ACCOUNT(S) AND ISSUE AN ARTISTS BEWARE TO WARN OTHER ARTISTS!!

I dont care what the "laws in your country are" or how you feel about it. Those things do not save artists from facing potential legal trouble.


THINGS I WONT DO (at this time at least):

General:
-Mech/Robots/vehicles


Fetishes:
-Nonconsensual/violent sexual situations, Rape
-Scat/Watersports (including dirty diapers)
-Sexual depiction of minors/characters that look like minors/cub/shota/loli
-Hyper muscle/fat fetish work
-Extreme Inflation
-Genitalia/anal vore

Open to discussion:
-Human beings
-City/Urban landscapes


Those are things that I will always say no to. No offense, but I have zero desire to offer these things. So please, dont ask.

I reserve the right to refuse any content that is not included in this list that I am uncomfortable rendering.
If the answer is no, pressuring, begging or a generally poor attitude will result in an ignore/block and a refusal of service.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICIES:

All of my transactions are done through invoices! Please, do not send me money for commissions without receiving an invoice!

All commissions are to be paid for, in full and up front in USD. I only take PAYPAL for commission transactions, no exceptions. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience!

If a refund is needed needed I can offer a full refund if I haven't started your piece yet. If I have, a refund will be issues dependent on how much work has been completed. Amount refunded in these situations is at the artists discretion.

If I am unable to complete your project for personal reasons I will refund in full.

I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate in effective English.

Payment plans can be discussed and are taken on a case by case basis.

CORRECTIONS AND ALTERATIONS:

Unless stated otherwise, I will send WIP* images for approval by the client. Generally speaking, I send one at the sketch stage for approval of pose, composition and proportions, one at the flat color stage for color and design accuracy, and one at the final stages of the piece to confirm there are no other corrections needed. Large corrections past the sketch phase will incur a fee. Additionally, multiple small corrections may incur an additional fee if they are presented in a way that I spend more time corresponding than working on a piece i.e. multiple corrections need to be made to a WIP but instead of listing corrections in one go, I correct one part and the client responds with another correction that is unrelated and could have been stated earlier.

STREAMING:

Streaming commissioned work is currently availible, but may incur a fee as it requires scheduling on my part.

REFUSAL:

I have the right to turn down anything that I feel I either cant represent correctly or don't want to do.
I reserve the right to turn down a potential client without clear references (written is OK, but visual references are preferred) for what they want. I'm willing to work with you, but I have my limits.

Please refer to the "Things I Wont Do" and "Payment and Refund"  sections for other reasons for refusal.

TURNAROUND:

Current average: Between 1 and 3 weeks.

How long it will take me to complete your commission is primarily dependent on what is going on in my life and where the client is in the queue. I want to do the best I can on work I do for others so I try not to force or rush it, so completion times fluctuate. If a piece needs to be done in a certain time-frame ask me and we can try to work something out. One thing is for certain, I will always keep you posted on the status of your piece and Im always willing to answer concerns regarding time spent on a piece.

Commission turnaround is also heavily dependent on client correspondence! The quicker we communicate the quicker the commission will be finished!

RIGHTS:

I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the I may delay public showcase at the request of the Client. If there is an issue with me posting a commissioned work publicly I am open to discussion, but the client may be charged a premium depending on the piece in question.

I retain ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.

The client retains all rights to their respective characters.  This does not allow them full rights to the commissioned image.

The client may not profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing (traditional media, not digital). This includes the sale of the digital files, or rights to the image

The Client may create up to three prints for personal use (display in their home or as gifts).  Client may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the client cannot alter the artwork itself. The client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required and my signature and/or watermark must be intact.
