The board being "hot swappable" means that you can quickly and easily remove the switches and replace them with another type, without having to take apart the board. The board itself cost between 34 and 44 usd depending on the initial switch color. Running a group buy allows us to decrease the individual shipping cost by submitting one large order and spreading the shipping cost among the buyers.
