Payment Instructions
Families may choose the pay-in-full payment option or the Installment Plan option.  All registrations must be paid in full or have a scheduled payment plan in place to secure a spot in the camp. Registration must be received prior to March 15th, 2020 to qualify for early bird pricing.  

Pay in Full Option  
Select this option in the section below and a Crozet Sports team member will contact you to collect the total camp payment.  Please finish completing the registration form and return back to the previous page to submit the non-refundable registration fee.  

Installment Plan Option
Select this option in the section below and submit your registration.   A Crozet Sports team member will then email you to obtain the Automatic Payments Authorization form.  Installment payments will begin on the 1st of the month following your registration submittal and all balances must be paid in full by June 1st.  Please also return to the previous page to pay the non-refundable registration fee after submitting your registration.  .

In addition to submitting registration information and payment, please review the following documents.  All campers must print, read and sign a Camp Code of Conduct prior to their first day of camp.  If your child requires medication while at camp, please provide a Medication Authorization Form.  A physician's signature is required for medication required for 10 or more days.  Both of these forms are not required until your child's first day of camp.
