Hello, friends! If you are receiving this survey, it is because you are a member of a club that is involved in the annual Our Campus, Our Canvas (OCOC) UP art exhibition and market! The purpose of this event is to uplift and support the small businesses of LGBTQ+, BIPOC, QTBIPOC Pilots!

If you are an artist or you own a small business and would like to showcase/sell your items at the Our Campus, Our Canvas event, then please take time to fill out this survey in order to get registered as a vendor! The deadline to register is 5:00PM PST on Friday September 30, 2022. This survey takes about 15 minutes to complete.

Eligibility: In order to showcase/sell your items, you must be either a student, staff, faculty, or alum of UP. You must also identify as either LGBTQ+, BIPOC, QTBIPOC, or an ally of any one or a mix these groups.

We will be hosting this event on Friday, October 7th, 2022 at Pilot House Plaza from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Please fill out this form to let us know if you are interested in participating as an artist and/or vendor! Please read the form thoroughly as it contains key information.

The event will happen on on Friday, October 7th, 2022 at Pilot House Plaza from 10:00am to 4:00pm, although this might be subject to change (and we will email you if it changes). Will you be able to attend during this time?

We are having an information session on Saturday October 1, 2022 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on Zoom to explain information about the event and give you a chance to ask your questions. This meeting will be recorded in case you cannot make it. Would you be available during this time? If you have questions, please email Chivon from GSP at ou23@up.edu

During this art event, you will have the option to either showcase and present your art (like a show and tell) or sell your art. What would you prefer to do?

Please describe the art that you plan to bring to this event (food/culinary, visual art, clothing art, paint art, jewelry, sculptures, music, performances, etc.). We will use this "blurb" you write in an electronic, QR-code pamphlet to explain who you are and what your art is all about!
