FOOD SERVICES REFUND REQUEST
After completion of this order form, you will receive an email validating your submission. Fund transfers and donation requests are processed within 2 business days. Refund processing and mailing take approximately 2 weeks. Checks are mailed to the address registered on your parent portal. Donated funds are used to help the Free and Reduced Meal Program. Do not forget to cancel any recurring payments to ensure you not billed again after your refund.
