Zayed Chevy Chase Aud. 2119A
The Office of Faculty Development and the Professional Development Office will be co-sponsoring a panel presentation entitled: “Writing a Successful Career Development Application.”
These panelists are 3 career development reviewers and 2 K awardees. The reviewers will be providing insight into what they are looking for in career development applications and other nuances about the review criteria. Awardees will be commenting on what they learned about the process of writing the K application, the feedback they received, and if they had to resubmit, how they responded to their reviewers. We anticipate a lot of Q & A.

K Reviewers:
Dr. Gaelle Kolb (new assistant director of the Professional Development Office) will be providing a brief and general overview of the key K awards (K99, K08, K23s).
Dr. George Dover (JHU-CSA application review criteria/process)
Dr. Greg Diette (K23 review committee for NHLBI)
Dr. Marsha Wills-Karp (K reviewer for NIAID)
