We are asking that Department Managers, Supervisors and other Leads review the UCB Plan for Phases 1a and 1b as well as the California Phase Guidelines to let UHS know if you believe you have staff whose roles make them eligible for either of these Phases (age will be considered separately).  Please consider, in particular, how/whether their work puts them at higher:

 - Risk of exposure to COVID-19 (risk of infection from others)
 - Risk of transmission of COVID-9 (risk they might infect others)

Scope:
Include UCB student workers and volunteers, in addition to paid employees
While it is unclear at this time whether we will be able to offer to contractors and other non-UCB personnel working on campus, please feel free to include them.
