Scope：For outstanding SB activities and volunteer service to the IEEE in 2023

賞：表彰状及び賞金5000円（またはギフトカード）
Prize：The award consists of a certificate of commendation and honorarium（5000yen） (or gift card))

推薦締切：2024年2月16日（金）
Nomination deadline：16 Feb. 2024

推薦資格：IEEE JC SBカウンセラー2023/2024、支部長2023/2024、支部SAC2023/2024、IEEE JC理事2023/2024
Recommender Credentials：IEEE JC SB Counsellor 2023/2024, IEEE JC Section Chair 2023/2024, IEEE JC Section SAC member 2023/2024, IEEE JC Committee member 2023/2024

審査基準：IEEE JC学生活動賞審査では、2023年度のIEEE JC SBでの活動及びボランティア貢献について評価を行います。IEEEでの学生の技術的活動（論文発表等）については今回は評価の対象外となりますのでご注意ください。
Basis：In the evaluation process for the IEEE JC Student Activities Award, technical activities in IEEE societies will not be eligible for the award. Only volunteer contributions related to the 2023 JC SB are considered. The selection committee will also consider the quality of the nomination.

審査委員（予定）：
JC-SAC: 小澤佑介（茨城大）、佐藤正知（鹿児島高専）、西宮康治朗（青山学院大）
JC-IPC: 原崎秀信（JC IPC Chair（NEC））、釣谷剛宏（JC IPC Vice Chair（KDDI総合研究所））
Examination committee（TBD）：
JC-SAC: Yusuke Kozawa (Ibaraki Univ.), Tadatomo Sato (National Institute of Tech., Kagoshima College), Kojiro Nishimiya (Aoyama Gakuin Univ. )
JC-IPC: Hidenobu Harasaki（JC IPC Chair（NEC））、Takehiro Tsuritani（JC IPC Vice Chair（KDDI R&D））

結果通知：通常、2月にIEEE JC-SAC/IEEE JC-IPC内で選考を行い、受賞者とその推薦者に通知します。また、不採択となった候補者の推薦者にも状況をお知らせします。
Notification：Recipients are typically approved during the February IEEE JC-SAC/JC-IPC meeting. Recipients and their nominators will be notified following the meeting. Subsequently, the nominators of unsuccessful candidates will be notified of the status of their nominations.

表彰式：IEEE JC-SACのWebページ及びIEEE JC-SACの関連イベントにて表彰を行います
Award ceremony：At the IEEE JC-SAC Web page and related events of the IEEE JC-SAC
