HQ Toronto & Kenet Family Law: Trans I.D. Clinic

HQ Toronto and Kenet Family Law offer a free monthly Trans I.D. clinic for 2STNB individuals, providing assistance with applications, document notarization, and covering the costs of birth certificate forms, issuance, and postage.

At the clinic, volunteer lawyers will address questions about updating provincial and federal documents. While they don’t offer legal advice, they will help complete application forms and notarize documents, ensuring clients understand the next steps.

Typically, processing birth certificate forms costs $137, plus $35 for replacement and postage. Thanks to the generosity of Kenet Family Law Volunteer Lawyers, we cover the full cost, making these services accessible without financial burden.
