3. Third TOPS batch (e.g., TOPS2026Jul-Sep) will do project during Nov-Jan (e.g., Nov 2026-Jan 2027)
2. Fourth TOPS batch (e.g., TOPS2026Oct-Dec) will be engaged during Feb-Apr  next year (e.g., Feb-Apr 2027)
