Esther Fellowship - Application for Mentors
The Esther Fellowship aims to prepare the next generation of women graduates from tier 2, tier 3 towns to break into the formal workforce through professional guidance and practical tools.

We recognize that the transition out of college and into the job market is a significant phase in a young woman's life, and having a compassionate and smart mentor guiding them will not only prepare them for adult life but enable them to truly thrive! Apart from guiding these young women graduates, you will also get an opportunity to deliver/facilitate career readiness and life skills sessions for the fellowship cohort.

You would be an ideal mentor if you-
-identify as a woman
-have a few years of work experience
-are fluent in English and in any one of these regional languages-Tamil, Telugu or Kannada
-are willing to commit to 4-6 hours per week over the next four months

If you do not fit the above criteria, you can apply to be a volunteer with Esther Foundation here- https://bit.ly/3HRHBOS
