2024 VFA Fellow Mentor Match
Hey 2024 fellows! We hope to show you all what "Integrity in all things" means to the VFA alum community! 

Our goal for this form is to get a better sense of what you're looking for in the job search. This will help us match you with an alum mentor who has experience in your industry or role preference and can help guide you through the job search process.

This will also help us look out for jobs that might fit what you're looking for and help us find people in our network to connect you with.

Do you have a preference on the stage of the company or size of the team? *
Often times, the size of your team can make the biggest difference to your experience. Being the first employee at a pre-seed company is very different than starting at a 40 person company that is about to start scaling. Both of those are very different than working at a later-stage company with 100+ people.

Another way of thinking about this - would you rather be the first one building a process from scratch? Or are you looking for a bit more mentorship, preferring to build on top of core processes that already exist? Or do you really want to execute and refine processes that are more solid?
