Do you have a preference on the stage of the company or size of the team? *
Often times, the size of your team can make the biggest difference to your experience. Being the first employee at a pre-seed company is very different than starting at a 40 person company that is about to start scaling. Both of those are very different than working at a later-stage company with 100+ people.
Another way of thinking about this - would you rather be the first one building a process from scratch? Or are you looking for a bit more mentorship, preferring to build on top of core processes that already exist? Or do you really want to execute and refine processes that are more solid?
