Hi there! Are you a young person facing an adulting challenge? Maybe you're scared about a big life change, curious about something you're too shy to ask your parents/friends/loved ones about, frustrated with a friend, or entangled in a confusing love triangle? Or maybe you're encountering a situation we can't even begin to imagine.

Whatever the conundrum is, you can tell us all about it. We're here to help.

Host Nygel Turner and the Adult ISH team will talk to professionals, celebrities, and general smarty-pants adults to answer questions, and dish out advice to our young listeners. (That's you!)

What classifies as "young," you might ask? You tell us. Adulting is tough on folks of all ages, but we typically focus on the under-30 demographic. That said, we're open to everyone who identifies as a young person.  

We can't guarantee an answer to every submission will make it on air, but we CAN guarantee we will read each one carefully. Please keep in mind when submitting that your entry might end up on our show! (We'll follow up with you individually if that's a potential outcome.)
