By submitting a response you agree to the following:
Release & Indemnification. By submitting an answer you forever release and discharge the Host and the Podcast, its agents, representatives, and any third parties acting under its authority, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, at law or in equity, whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of the use, reproduction, adaptation, distribution, broadcast, performance, or display of your appearance, voice, or likeness. You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Podcast for any and all liabilities arising from the reading of your submission on the podcast.
Grant of Rights. Should you include your name and info with your submission, you grant to the Host and Podcast, its successors, assigns, and licensees, the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to record, use, publish, stream, sell, promote, license, and otherwise distribute your name, voice, likeness, and any biographical material in connection with the Podcast, in any media platform now known or later devised. Should you submit anonymously, you grant to the Host and Podcast, its successors, assigns, and licensees, the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to record, use, publish, stream, sell, promote, license, and otherwise distribute your submission in connection with the Podcast, in any media platform now known or later devised. You agree that any audio recordings, video recordings, photographs, derivatives thereof, or other developed intellectual property during the course of and in connection with your submission shall be the property of the Host and Podcast.
No Obligation. You understands that your participation on or in connection with the Podcast shall in no way obligate the Podcast to use, publish, etc. the developed intellectual property contemplated herein.
Representations & Warranties. You represent and warrant that your submission for the Podcast shall not infringe upon the rights of any third-party. You further represent and warrant that prior third-party consent for your submission has either been obtained or is not required.
