Ski/snowboard trip to Cataloochee Ski Area in Maggie Valley, NC over MLK weekend - January 13 - 15. (More information here:

They rent most of the ski equipment, but participants will need to get or borrow ski bibs, goggles, gloves, a good coat, etc. This location allows participants to choose between skiing or snowboarding (one or the other). There is an age requirement of
age 5 and up.
Last time we went up in the morning and returned that night, but the Troop has stayed overnight at the
Meadowlark Motel on other trips.
We will be staying on Friday and Saturday nights.
We will ski for a six-hour session on Saturday (but you don't have to stay for all six hours out there).
We will do an activity in the area on Sunday together before returning.
The full-trip costs will be determined in Oct. or Nov. and all payments will need to be made at that time, or before the trip itself. Thank you.
