Go to the "Patients" tab on click on your client
You will see this page when you click on your client. Click "edit" on patient information. 
You can allow text reminders in addition to email reminders
Verify that the client has signed HIPAA paperwork. If you have the paperwork, you can manually click on the box to verify that they have signed it. If they have not signed it online or on paper, you will need to get their signature before we can do any billing. 
Once you have the signature on the HIPAA paperwork, change "PCP Release" to say that the patient has consented to release information. This is needed for billing.
